How to Download Video on Facebook Without Using Any Software
Found a video on Facebook that you just have to save? Perhaps a video from one of your escapades, or a good time with your friends. Afraid that the person uploaded it is going to remove it before you have a chance to really enjoy it? Or maybe you want to transfer the video to your phone to watch later, even if you don’t have internet connection? To do any of this, you’ll need to download the video from Facebook. But the question is… HOW?
If you do some internet search, most of it will suggest you to download a software in order for you to get a copy of that video. This option is time consuming, not to mention memory-space consuming, and I know how that can be a bit tad annoying.
Below are the easy, simple, and software-free steps, on how to download a Facebook video. Enjoy!
Follow these simple steps to download a video from a Facebook page.
Step 1: Go to the Facebook wall where the video you want to download is located.
In my case, I want to download a video taken by my friend Kate during my stay at their place. The story behind the video can be read here.
Step 2: Click on the video and play it.
Step 3: Look at the URL located in the Address Bar.
Step 4: Change “www” to “m“
The Facebook page will now look like this. It simply changed into Mobile Mode.
Step 5: Right click on the video and select “Save Video As“
Step 6: Input your desired filename for the video and click on the Save button.
Wait for it to finish downloading and your done. You can now play the video whenever you want.
By the way, did you find these steps easy? What do you think about it? Let me know.
